Where We Ship

Burrow Athletic currently ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders:

Orders under $100 — $5.99 Standard Shipping
Orders of $100 or more — FREE Standard Shipping

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been accepted.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at team@burrowathletic.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
