Burrow Athletic Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
Burrow Athletic currently ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates & Services
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, package weight and destination.
Available shipping options may include:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.
Available shipping services, estimated transit times and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier transit-time estimates and do not include Burrow Athletic’s 1–2 business day order-processing time.
For example, if a shipping option displays an estimated transit time of 3 business days, please allow our normal 1–2 business day processing period in addition to the carrier’s estimated transit time.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been accepted.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at team@burrowathletic.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at team@burrowathletic.com with your order number and details about the issue so we can help.
